Shipping policy

          Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

    • Delivery timelines vary between 5–7 working days based on location.
    • Free shipping across India for Prepaid orders. 
    • Cash on Delivery available with additional charges of ₹149. These charges are paid in advance.
    • Express Delivery done through DTDC courier services.
    • The tracking ID would be shared to your registered email ID.
    • If an order is undelivered or lost in route to your preferred destination, we’ll refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges.
    • In case you cancel your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
    • In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded. But, if you decide to self-ship the returns, you’ll be reimbursed owing to our Returns Policy (in case of defect or wrong item delivered).
    • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to location, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or external factors are beyond our control. 

     

  • Cash on Delivery Availability

    • COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes across India.
    • Availability of COD may vary depending on your location and courier partner accessibility.

     

  • COD Confirmation Process  To ensure genuine orders and avoid delivery delays:

    • Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for order confirmation before dispatch.
    • Orders not confirmed within a reasonable timeframe may be automatically cancelled.

     

  • COD Charges

    • Primora apply a small additional COD handling fee ₹149. These charges are paid in advance.

     

  • Order Acceptance

    • Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
    • Please inspect the package condition before accepting the order.

     

  • Failed Deliveries & Rejections  Repeated order rejections or failed COD deliveries may result in:

    • Restriction of COD service for future purchases
    • Requirement of prepaid payment for upcoming orders

     

  • Important Notes

    • COD orders are processed only after successful verification.
    • Primora reserves the right to decline COD on certain high-value orders, limited edition drops, or suspicious activities.
