Refund policy

 

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • An opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of a defective product or size issue.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging undamaged.
  • No exchanges are applicable on discount or sale items, unless the product is received in a defective state.
  • in the case of size issues the exchange shipping charges will be carried by the customer (please refer the size chart for perfect fit).
  • The customer is eligible for the return. However, the shipping charges while returning are born by them. After receiving the product in exact condition, we would be crediting the refund amount via shared channel.
